I Am Not The Same

The three weeks of Superwow on Jekyll Island were amazing.

The Lord worked among the hearts of the students along with the staff.

His Glory was revealed to students through worship, missions, and teachings.

Despite small flaws in the production, God led students in an experience with Himself.

Every year, God reveals Himself to His children in new and amazing ways.

This year at Superwow, God showed His glory through the calm, the human failures, and the humbled.

I had the amazing opportunity to work 3 weeks out of my summer with some excellent people serving God and the students that attended.

I made some incredible friendships and strengthened my relationship with my Savior.

It was worth it.

He is worth every second of it.

So here’s to another great year of Superwow Camp.

I know God has some Big plans for the rest of my summer and I can’t wait to see them.

Blessed Beyond Belief

This past week I had the opportunity to start my summer internship with the amazing SPD team at Buckhead Church.

All of my expectations were surpassed as I was welcomed to the team and treated with respect.

The team is comprised with some incredibly creative and fun people that have made working for Buckhead Church a dream job.

My first project was to finish editing together baptism testimony videos with the live baptism recordings.

I edited about 5 months worth and then created DVDs for each person that had a baptism.

For a first project, this was pretty awesome.

It was such a blessing to get to see all of these testimonies of Christ and the life change that He brings.

I can’t say enough about how awesome the entire SPD team is. They are encouraging, funny, creative, inspiring, and in love with Christ.

Wow. I am blessed.

Lord, help me to not take this for granted. Help me to love You and seek You always. You are the reason that I live and breathe. Because of Your Love.
